What will you see in the Street Art & Public Art Tour?

The route starts in the Central District, a vibrant part of the city known for its many impressive murals that bring colour to the streets. The West-Kruiskade reveals itself as a colourful open-air gallery, where street art surprises you from every angle. The tour then leads you along the Sculpture Route on the Westersingel, the cultural axis of Rotterdam with its rich collection of artworks. From there, we continue to the city’s most lively area: the Witte de Withstraat and the Museumpark, where the iconic Depot Boijmans Van Beuningen shines as the ultimate eye-catcher.

Zeer mooie en boeiende mix streetart- en architectuurwandeling

12 januari hadden wij, groep van 6 vrouwen, een wandeling geboekt bij City Rotterdam Tours. Tijdens het aardige boekingsgesprek werd ik gewezen op het feit dat we 2 wandelingen konden combineren. Daarnaast konden we bepalen waar we wilden beginnen en eindigen met de wandeling. Wat een luxe. Gids Frank heeft ons 2 uur lang in de greep gehouden met boeiende verhalen over street art en haar betekenis en de architectuur in Rotterdam, en de steeds veranderende plannen voor de inrichting van het centrum in Rotterdam. Een betere ambassadeur voor de stad kan Rotterdam zich niet wensen! Erg genoten, dik compliment aan Frank, en organisatie City Rotterdam Tours.
